1. Agreement to Terms
Upon downloading, installing, or accessing Super Number (referred to as "the Application"), you acknowledge and accept these User Agreement terms. Should you disagree with any provision herein, you must discontinue use of the Application immediately.
2. Application Overview
Super Number represents a cutting-edge computational puzzle ecosystem offering:
- Equation Guesser - Tactical mathematical equation resolution gameplay
- Number Guesser - Analytical number identification exercises
- Daily Challenges - Specialized daily computational problem sets with incentives
- Timed Challenges - Competitive time-constrained mathematical tournaments
3. Account Management
Account creation enables progress preservation and challenge participation. Users bear full responsibility for safeguarding account access credentials and all actions performed within their account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must refrain from:
- Employing unauthorized tools, manipulation techniques, or alterations
- Seeking unauthorized entry into application infrastructure
- Disrupting fellow users' application experience
- Utilizing the Application for unlawful activities
- Distributing objectionable material via challenge mechanisms
5. Content Ownership
All Application content, encompassing visual elements, branding, gameplay systems, audio components, and textual materials, constitutes proprietary assets of Super Number protected under intellectual property legislation. Unauthorized reproduction, alteration, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Data Management
Player advancement data, encompassing progression levels, performance metrics, accomplishments, and consecutive achievement records, resides exclusively on the user's device. No server synchronization occurs. Users should implement regular device backup procedures to safeguard their progress.
7. Application Capabilities
The Application may incorporate various functionalities including assistance features, daily incentive systems, and competitive challenges. We maintain the authority to alter, temporarily disable, or permanently remove any functionality without prior notification.
8. Advertising Content
The Application may present promotional content sourced from external advertising networks. Such advertisements operate under their respective providers' privacy and data handling policies.
9. Service Warranty Disclaimer
The Application is delivered in its current state without any express or implied warranties. We provide no assurances regarding error-free operation, continuous availability, or fulfillment of individual user expectations.
10. Liability Restrictions
Within applicable legal boundaries, Super Number disclaims responsibility for indirect, accidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from Application usage.
11. Access Termination
We retain the right to immediately revoke or suspend user access to the Application, without prior notice, for behavior that contravenes these terms or negatively impacts other users or the Application's integrity.
12. Terms Modification
We reserve the authority to amend these terms at our discretion. Continued Application usage following modifications indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
